Day 14 - Guess what?! still on it - but did end up having a cheat day yesterday where I let myself eat real food. Having solid food took me up 1.6 lbs which is fine. I'm back on today and feeling great, promising to stay on for another 10 lbs. Whooo hooo! I'll check in again in a few days.
