Day 3 of The Master Cleanse - OK chirren - I'm here to tell you what happens when you actually follow a diet. It works!
While today is by no means over.... today has been EASY!! Didn't exercise per say but I spent a few minutes dancing around the apt. LOL. 152.4 today
Lost 4.6 total!
