UPDATE ON THE MASTER CLEANSE: Keepin it real > Had yet another cheat day. Couple cookies, pasta with butter and cheese but no sauce, 2 cubes of chocolate, fruit salad, chicken, tortilla, one spoon of rice and one spoon of beans.
I'm still at a respectable 9.4 lbs lost however. So despite what ppl will tell you about "putting it all back on immediately" - not true so much.
Promised to get serious today ie back on the proper fast, no more food cheats! - goal is for the next 3 days at least. Hv a dinner w/ friends planned in 4 days so we'll see what integrating real food does for the continued weight loss. Its fasting the real world now ppl!! LOL.
