THINSPO DAY 28 : REWARD YOURSELF

Sit down with a pen and paper - write down all the things you want from something like - a $20 spending spree at the Dollar Store to a new color on your bedroom walls to a trip to Europe or Asia, the Grand Canyon or an all-day hike or overnight camping trip.
Now REWARD YOURSELF! 
YOU ARE A SUPERHERO!!!!
Think wisely about your personal reward structure. It doens't matter how much weight you have to lose - is difficult for you to lose half a pound? Then reward yourself at every half pound. I'm serious. 
Did you stick to what you said you were going to have at a celebration/a birthday/a family dinner/brunch with your girlfriends? Reward yourself.
Were you able to maintain your weight after you went on vacation? Sounds like reward time to me. 
Are you getting the hang of it? 
Reward yourself for the numbers, yes, but what you REALLY wanna do is reward yourself for 
THE BEHAVIOUR.
