THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ACT ONCE
Before you act. Think about what your actions with cause. If an employee/friend/family member does something that negatively affects you, don't attack. Think about the best response only after you have done your best to empathize; try to see imagine what they were feeling when they said or did the thing that upset you. Follow the feelings not the words. Only when you've thought about all that twice should you take action.
