THINSPO Day 17 : Get Good Sleep!!!

Insufficient sleep leads to a cumulative sleep debt. Outside of oxygen and water, its the most important thing for emotional support, mental clarity and good health.Put simply, you just can't do much if you're tired.Some ppl need 9hrs some ppl need 8- listen to your body.
